Hi Folks,

Just a quick note to thank everyone who came out to sing along at the recent Headgear shows. And to thank those of you who signed up to our mailing list. Also, those of you who didn't sign up but are 'misunfortunate' enough to know Martha and her drunken friends, and who won't sue because she added your email address to the Martha Digs mailing list without first buying you a drink. You can download the drink from our website.

We've put two alternate mixes of Headgear's current single 'Harry Truman' on the Martha Digs Music website. These mixes are free to download so help yourself and tell your friends. The first mix is by one of Limerick's own. The 'Blind Boy Boat Club Mix' was received from members of the Gardaí who were investigating a suspicious 'prank' when they intercepted the mix on it's way to Martha Digs HQ. The second mix is by Rudyard Lee Cullers who is house engineer at Stratosphere Sound studios in New York, which is co-owned by James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins. We'll have a third mix available in a week or so, we'll let you know.

Also new on www.marthadigs.com ... we've added the video for 'Harry Truman'. It's available to watch or as a free download for your iPod. The video was directed by Eugene O'Connor (MTV/Killinascully) and shot in the mountains around Kiloscully, Co. Tipperary one fine Sunday afternoon. No Pat Shortts were hurt during the filming of this video.

Finally and lastly, but not leastly, meet some real life "flight cases", Philippe Petit, Sophie Evans and of course Harry R. Truman his-good-self. If it looks like the Sophie Evans page is a bit sparse it's because it's a bit sparse. The individual responsible had an urgent meeting with The Captain about important matters. But more will be added to the Icarus Girl's page when he sobers up.
